Umpires learn how to communicate effectively with coaches and team captains, covering crucial game protocols and ensuring alignment on key rules. This practice helps umpires build authority and rapport right from the start.
De-escalation Techniques: Handling tense situations calmly and professionally is essential. Our VR platform teaches umpires how to manage conflicts on the field, equipping them with de-escalation techniques to defuse high-pressure moments, maintain control, and keep the game focused on play.
Umpire Mechanics: Positioning is everything for making accurate calls. Umpires practice their stance, movement, and positioning both behind the plate and on the bases.
